TRAVEL WITH IX

As a global company, travelling is a common thing at IX especially overseas. Apart from the ordinary on-site jobs, IX also joins seminars and conferences globally so that we are exposed to the latest trend in the world market.

Thus, IX is giving the staff an opportunity to grow their network of know-hows and know-whos globally.

FLEXI-HOURS WORK

People at IX work a 5-day week from Monday to Friday with 9 hours per day. Although the official working hours is between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, we practice a flexible-hours work whereby the staff are allowed to come in at anytime as long as they work for 9 continuous hours during the day.

As a global company with clients from all over the world, one is expected to be available at all times to provide services to clients. The implementation of flexi-hours work at IX enables the staff to be more efficient and productive.

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE AT IX

Do you know that IX has its own ladies Rugby team? Do you know IX has its own in-house gym? We have a band of musicians (we have at least two active composers as our staff!) having weekly jamming session at IX. In terms of sports, IX is a regular participant in public events such as runs, futsals and even power-man. Generally, whatever you like to do in your spare time, you can do it at IX.
